With over 16 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I’ve worn many hats—program manager, meeting facilitator, fundraiser, event planner, and administrative backbone. My talents lie in helping teams transform overwhelm into organization, silos into collaboratives, and vision into clear, actionable impact. I’ve partnered with grassroots movements, schools, faith-based groups, and chambers of commerce to support everything from strategic planning to the logistics that keep missions moving forward.
Launching Purpose First wasn’t just a career move—it was a calling. I saw firsthand how passionate leaders and dedicated staff were struggling under the weight of doing everything alone. I knew the power of peer support, intentional partnerships, and thoughtful systems—and I knew I could help.
